Every new employee receives two days of safety orientation, which includes understanding of procedures and hands on training with tools and equipment.Our own "low-wire" pole training facility simulates real situations giving new employees an edge in aerial training. From pole climbing to ladder handling, high-speed modem installations to excavation, our employees are trained. They develop the skills and confidence to complete projects in a safe and efficient manner.
